ewxGood swimming session on Wednesday followed by dinner with LNR, which was good. Succumbed to several weeks of gentle persuasion and had a go at karate on Thursday evening which has left me aching a bit but was good fun; I'll start properly in January rather than trying to catch up half way, though. After that to the pub which is a bit hazy now but I enjoyed it at the time.
