More here.

I have my bike back. When I reached it it was locked only with my lock, but had fallen or been knocked to the ground, damaging the front mudguard, and it took a couple of tries to get it back in gear. Bizarrely on top of it was lying a sawn through D-lock, different to the one that had previously been restraining it. So, er, WTF?

It seems mine isn't the only penguin to have had trouble with leaks. Found in an old mailing list archive on the web:

Quick way to do it, get an old spray bottle (Like the ones Windex comes
from), grab some liquid soap and put some in it, fill the rest with
water, shake so you see bubbles inside (The floating kind, not the
monkey kind), and spray it on the penguin, the leak will bubble up like
there is no tomorrow!

Once you find the hole, patch it, rub the rest of the soapy water over
it and give Tux a nice sponge bath!*

Beautiful blonde for this job is preferred by Tux, but not required!
