Me too. I am grateful for the gas central heating in this flat (and the double-glazing fitted a few months back). The last place had storage heaters which I have never been able to get the hang of.

We have underfloor heating that responds very slowly, and it's still on the "frost protect" thermostat setting (5C), but we have used the wood-burning stove a couple of times.
