Making one would be easy enough, but <f/x: checks userinfo> posting it transatlantically while keeping it in one piece might be a bigger challenge. It might be easier all round if I just provided PDFs of the net (for a choice of paper sizes), to be assembled as near as possible to the intended destination...
Actually, it looks like it's a truncated octahedron (http://mathworld.wolfram.com/TruncatedOctahedron.html), except the vertices were further truncated than the one pictured at mathworld.
